Possible side effect
The most common possible side effects include abnormal ejaculation, low sex drive, vertigo, dry mouth, low fever, flatulency, acute headaches, pruritus, appetite changing or sickness, anxiety, nettle rash, severe somnolency, sore throat, sweating, tremors, diarrhea, retching, feeling of tiredness. The less common side effects are abnormal taste, agitation, bleeding, chills, ear pain, mental state confusion, fever, frequent urination, hypertension, increased appetite, memory loss, palpitations, and insomnia. In children and adolescents, less common side effects can result in agitation, excessive menstrual bleeding, frequent urination, mania or hypomania (elation and hyperactivity). Risnia adverse drug reaction is also associated with weight gain and metabolic disorders, tardive dyskinesia and neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Generally this medication is able to interact with a class of anticonvulsants, mood-stabilizing medications (carbamazepine) used to treat epilepsy and bipolar disorder; antidepressants that act as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (fluvoxamine); sympatholic beta-blockers (propranolol) that treat hypertension, panic and anxiety; a class of macrolide antibiotics (erythromycin); a class of bacterial antibiotics of the rifamycin group (rifampicin); with a group of fluoroquinolone antibiotics used to treat bacterial infections (sparfloxacin); with antidopaminergic medicines used as antiemetics and antipsychotics such as droperidol.
If you have missed your dose, take it as soon as possible. If you see it is near the time for the next dose intake, skip the missed dose and return to your regular dosing schedule. Avoid taking two dosages at once.
If you think you overdosed the medicine, immediately contact your local poison center and notify your doctor or pharmacist. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning. You may need urgent medical attention. Symptoms of overdose may involve extreme sedation, insomnia, sexual dysfunction, hypotension or hypertension, muscle and joints pain, constipation. If any of these symptoms persist or worsen, immediately seek emergency medical attention.
This medicine is stored at 68 –77 °F (20 –25 °C) away from sources of heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep it away from the reach of children and pets. Do not use any remnants of the medication after the expiry date.
